Job summary

Are you a committed, enthusiastic and creative individual with a passion for continuous learning?

Can you demonstrate an ability to engage, build rapport and create learning opportunities?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of our Organisation Development Team. We are looking to recruit to the position of OD Facilitator, to work with the OD Team to deliver leadership and skill based programmes, conflict resolution training, workforce redesign projects across the Trust and play a key role in the delivery of the Trust's induction programme.

A full UK driving license is required as the team supports the whole organisation, and the successful applicant will be expected to travel across sites as required. We are working differently following the Covid-19 pandemic, which includes a hybrid approach, working at home and in the office, using virtual learning platforms and technology to deliver live on-line workshops and delivering face to face, classroom-based sessions.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will contribute and provide support to the scoping, design, delivery and evaluation of workshops and facilitate events across the Trust, both virtual and face to face.

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for personal development and who can demonstrate experience of supporting learning, facilitation and delivering presentations and training. You will be flexible and adaptable, have the ability to quickly establish positive working relationships, be skillful in communicating effectively in all forms and be able to work to tight deadlines.

You will need to be enthusiastic and motivated, have the capacity to see and appreciate different perspectives, be personable and have the ability to use your energy to appropriately engage with others.

The nature of the role means the work pattern may be unpredictable at times, and the post holder will be required to work with the OD practitioners when they respond to requests for bespoke interventions.
