The successful applicant will be expected to undertake the *Level 3 Business Administrator* apprenticeship programme. Further details can be discussed at interview.

Main duties of the job

Administration

  • Provide an efficient administrative and clerical support service to the Phase 1, 2 & 3 Teaching and Administration Co-ordinators and Liaison Managers and other members of the local HYMS faculty. Delegated task may include:
  • Making room bookings for HYMS teaching activities
  • Dealing with day-to-day queries from students and clinical placement tutors in respect of timetabling matters
  • Distributing teaching and assessment materials
  • Providing support in the preparation and delivery of induction and student examinations as they occur
  • Ensure completion of appropriate student assessment and absence forms and informing the University.
  • Typing, photocopying, producing letters and other documents, faxing and emailing documents, mail shots and electronic diary organisation
  • Responsible for monitoring of stock levels for stationery and other consumables, re-ordering as required
