The successful applicant will be expected to undertake the *Level 3 Business Administrator* apprenticeship programme. Further details can be discussed at interview.
Main duties of the job
Administration
- Provide an efficient administrative and clerical support service to the Phase 1, 2 & 3 Teaching and Administration Co-ordinators and Liaison Managers and other members of the local HYMS faculty. Delegated task may include:
- Making room bookings for HYMS teaching activities
- Dealing with day-to-day queries from students and clinical placement tutors in respect of timetabling matters
- Distributing teaching and assessment materials
- Providing support in the preparation and delivery of induction and student examinations as they occur
- Ensure completion of appropriate student assessment and absence forms and informing the University.
- Typing, photocopying, producing letters and other documents, faxing and emailing documents, mail shots and electronic diary organisation
- Responsible for monitoring of stock levels for stationery and other consumables, re-ordering as required
