Job summary
We are thrilled to be expanding our chemotherapy unit and are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking Band 7 Chemotherapy Nurse to join us. This is a key leadership role where you'll help drive excellence in compassionate, patient-centred care.
This is an exciting chance to shape and influence the growth of our oncology and haematology services, contributing to an evolving unit that's dedicated to delivering outstanding treatment and support for our patients.
Main duties of the job
In joint collaboration with the Macmillan Lead Nurse for Cancer Services, Lead Chemotherapy Nurse, Consultant Lead and Lead Pharmacist to oversee the strategic development of chemotherapy services, ensuring consultation with key personnel to secure resources to maintain the viability and accreditation of the chemotherapy service.
