Bedford Hospital is offering an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Family Care Assistant. This Band 3 role plays a vital part in supporting patients and their families across a variety of care settings within the Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
As a Family Care Assistant, you will contribute to the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care. Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, you'll help maintain a supportive environment for patients and their families, ensuring dignity, comfort, and respect are upheld at all times.

Main duties of the job
To assist the trained staff in the delivery of care to children and their families, ensuring the highest possible standards of care are received by children and their families / carers while on the unit, under the supervision of qualified staff.
