Job summary
This is an exciting new role within Group 3, including Urology, T&O and Vascular based at the Bedford Hospital site. They will be part of a team who provide the administration of the patient pathway.

Main duties of the job
You will be the point of contact for all administrative issues relating to patients' pathway of care.
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and will provide support in the proactive management of the patient pathway from referral todischarge, ensuring the entire pathway is supported smoothly.
You will ensure high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction by being an accessible, customer focussed and knowledgeable point of contact.
