Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Trust's Referral to Treatment (RTT) Team as a Pathway Coordinator.
The RTT Team leads at the hospital on the data assembly, validation and the redesign work required to achieve the national target and to ensure patients are seen and treated in a timely manner.
To undertake this role, you will need to have a positive and pro-active approach to work, have the ability to prioritise and be flexible in your approach when necessary.
You will also need to have a strong team working ethic, able to work on your own initiative and have excellent communication skills.
The Trust has adopted a hybrid-working model, remote working will be considered once RTT training is complete.

Main duties of the job
Monitor and track RTT pathways to ensure patient journeys are processed in a timely and efficient manner in line with local and nationally defined targets
To validate RTT pathways, ensuring errors are identified and rectified
By using appropriate Trust systems to capture and record accurate data
To provide general administrative support to the RTT team
