Job summary
The post holder will assist the office manager in the coordination, organisation and management of the administrative aspects of the Beds and Herts Screening and Symptomatic Breast Imaging Services.
Main duties of the job
Working with the lead Managers, Clinicians and Directorate Manager, the post holder will ensure that operational practice meets National Quality Assurance (QA) targets and recognised best practice in line with local and national requirements.
Ensure performance against key QA targets is measured and reported accurately, identifying in advance any areas of concern, recommending tangible solutions.

To ensure a comprehensive and efficient administrative service observing a high level of confidentiality and data protection in accordance with the requirements of the Trust and NHSBSP screening service.
