Job summary
As a Practice Educator you will be responsible for leading on the placement planning and expansion of pre-registration learners across Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Working closely with the Associate Director of Workforce and Education, Clinical Education Lead, and the Pre-Registration Team, internal and external stakeholders.
You will demonstrating proactive problem solving capabilities and a high level of concentration.
The successful candidate must be able to work accurately to deadlines and be flexible, as the role will continue to develop.
Main duties of the job
To lead and support the placement planning and expansion of pre-registration learners within the organisation. Inclusive of nursing, midwifery, nurse associates and paramedics.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, Clinical Education Lead, Pre-Registration Team and the Associate Director of Workforce and Education to meet local, regional and national objectives.
