Job summary
Are you passionate about supporting a positive workplace culture? For this role, we're looking for a passionate and proactive Colleague Experience & Engagement Administrator to join our Workforce division at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. Reporting to the Colleague Engagement and Experience Lead, this role supports the delivery of the Trust's People & Culture Plan and Inclusive Culture Strategy, improving colleague experience and engagement across the organisation. You'll support delivery of projects and events that promote wellbeing, recognition, and inclusivity, enabling colleagues to feel listened to, supported, and valued throughout their employment journey.
This is full time Band 4 role (37.5 hours per week) and is a hybrid role based at our Withington site and home working.

Main duties of the job
You'll provide organised, proactive support to deliver colleague engagement, wellbeing and inclusion activity. You'll help plan and run projects, events and staff listening activity, produce clear communications, ensuring systems, databases and bookings are kept up to date. You'll offer guidance and signposting on policies and wellbeing options and support our culture champion network with local activity.
Working with teams across the Trust, you'll gather and organise data, contribute to reports and help develop documents and toolkits. You'll provide administrative support for formal meetings and maintain a budget for stock ordering. You'll also supervise the day to day work of the Engagement & OD Assistant and use digital tools to improve processes. We're looking for someone organised, flexible and agile, able to manage changing priorities with a pragmatic approach and confidence communicating at all levels while demonstrating our Trust values.
