Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to drive clinical quality improvement across our Radiotherapy and Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) services. This is a senior, influential role that will work closely with clinical, operational and governance colleagues to deliver evidence-based, patient-centred improvements, aligned with the Trust's strategic objectives.
The post holder's main base will be at the Macclesfield site in East Cheshire but, will be expected to work across all Christie sites as required. We are able to accommodate a mix of on-site and home-working, as well as flexible shift patterns.
This is a 12-month fixed term post.
All candidates must be either registered with the HCPC or the Nursing and Mid-Wifery Council and hold a degree level qualification associated with an allied health professional role. See Person Specification within the Job Description for further requirements.
Main duties of the job

This is a senior, influential role that will work closely with clinical, operational and governance colleagues to deliver evidence-based, patient-centred improvements, aligned with the Trust's strategic objectives.
You will provide leadership in quality improvement methodologies, particularly QICA, ensuring robust evaluation, audit and service development across multiple disciplines. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for improving cancer care outcomes.
