You'll help bring our People & Culture Plan and Inclusive Culture Strategy to life, improving colleague experience and engagement across the organisation.We're looking for someone curious and enthusiastic, someone who can build relationships and make work feel better for everyone. You don't need prior NHS experience, you might be someone who's looking for the next stage in your career. This is a managerial role so experience in managing people would be a bonus but it's not essential, so if you think you meet the other criteria, we'd love to hear from you!The role: is full-time, Band 6 (37.5 hours/week) and is a hybrid role based at our Withington site and home working.Interviews will take place during week commencing 10th November 2025
Main duties of the job
In this role, you'll:o Lead projects and events that promote wellbeing, recognition, and inclusivityo Support colleagues to feel valued and heard throughout their time with uso Listen to feedback and help turn it into real improvements at worko Coordinate engagement, wellbeing, and reward initiatives, including staff networks and annual eventso Manage communications, intranet content, and feedback channelso Support inclusive culture projects and facilitate listening eventso Analyse data, contribute to reports, and support trainingo Manage a small team and deputise for the Colleague Experience & Engagement Manager when neededo Be a role model for our Trust values and behaviourso Be flexible, resilient, and effective when priorities change

The Christie is one of Europe's leading cancer centres, treating over 60,000 patients a year. We are based in Manchester and serve a population of 3.2 million across Greater Manchester & Cheshire, but as a national specialist around 15% patients are referred to us from other parts of the country.
