Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Quality Manager to work within SACT and Outpatient Services, we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our team.The Quality Manager will work in collaboration with the SACT and Outpatient Service management team within the networked services division at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust to develop, implement and manage a quality management program for this service, to monitor and coordinate the management of safety, risk and governance in accordance with trust policy and standards set out within the quality surveillance programme

Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for working with and supporting our management, administration and nursing teams to monitor and manage incidents, risk, data management systems for protocols , complaints and co-ordinate executive reviews. Also working with the teams auditing our service and improve patient experience.

The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator with experience of complaints or a similar patient experience role and be capable of producing written and analytical reports. You must have the ability to manage your own workload and be a confident self-directed individual we a strong team focus. You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills in order to maintain our standards of care when liaising with patients, carers and staff both internally and externally.
