Job summary
Applicants must hold evidence a strong portfolio of co-production, implementation, and evaluation of digital clinical placement. This must include engaging and contracting with national, regional, and local multi-agencies stakeholders, managing resources, monitoring, and taking accountability for productivity, programme efficiencies and cost effectiveness.
Applicants are required to demonstrate evaluation and dissemination of workstreams they have led at regional, national and / or international level.
Applicants, if successful will be required to work with peers on separate programmes, to share ideas, challenges and opportunities that will continue to mature the DCP Model.
The DCP faculty are seeking applicants who are capable, competent, and confident to design, deliver, implement, and evaluate new and current DCP programmes, requiring minimal support and supervision, working at an independent and autonomous level of Expert Education Practice.
Post holders will be required to uphold behaviours and qualities that provides a psychological safe and conducive work environment, responsive to our diverse current and future workforce.
Applicant will be required to submit a 2 - 3-page profile of their experience in the selection process.This profile will be the focus of the interview, for shortlisted candidates.
Main duties of the job
Scoping DCP new programmes and working with internal and external agencies to establish workforce prioritisation. This includes national stakeholders, such as NHS England, Nursing and Midwifery Council, Workforce Alliances, Higher Education Institutions, and Professional Societies (example Society and College of Radiographers).Developing business modelling for new programmes, outlining resources, cost, scale, and sustainability.
Working with partners to co-produce teaching and learning materials.
Supporting and supervising Subject Matter Experts, Programme Facilitators and Coaches in delivery of programmes.
Supporting and supervising students (at all levels) to access, engage and progress in their learning activity, responsive to personal learning plans and others challenges that require reasonable adjustments.
Design, implement and evaluate varied methods to monitor programme impact and disseminate finding to relevant audiences.Publish internal and external reports for DCP activity.
