Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly motivated, dedicated team of Domestics as a supervisor based at Leighton Hospital.
As a Facilities Supervisor, you are responsible for planning and organising the cleaning operations for our hospital, wards and other areas.
The shift pattern will include alternate day and evening shifts to include weekends.
Main duties of the job
You will also get involved in other management tasks such as:
recruiting and training staff
arranging staff rotas
making sure all cleaning meets quality standards
managing absence and discipline
controlling budgets
You will also get involved in hands-on cleaning so be prepared to roll your sleeves up!
Our ideal candidate will need to be reliable, flexible, and good team player. We need someone with good interpersonal and communication skills, someone who is organised, and sensible.
You will be covering 7:30am to 3:30pm working 5/7 alternate weekends and some Bank Holidays.
