Job summary

Central Cheshire Podiatry team are looking for a band 5 podiatrist to join our team.

We are a friendly team of 22 staff including specialist podiatrists and a growing team of podiatry apprentices.

Main duties of the job

JOBPURPOSE

  • Toassess,planandprovidethecareneedsof podiatricpatientsinavarietyofsettings
  • Toprovidetreatmenttopatients tomaintainmobility,independence,tissueviabilityandrelieve discomfort; especially for those patients who are 'at risk' because of diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, rheumatoid arthritis and other systemic and localised conditions.
  • To work as part of a multidisciplinary team, acting as a source of advice for patients, carers, GP's and other healthcare professionals.
