Job summary

We're looking for a Temporary Staffing Co-ordinator to join our friendly Staffing Bank team.You'll be working based at Infinity House, Crewe , delivering temporary workers to Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.You'll be involved working "front of house" dealing with phone calls and email box management on a daily basis, so great customer service skills are a must-have.

You'll need a strong work ethic, good time management skills, and reporting and data management skills.

You will have contact with our staff, both Bank Workers and other internal staff across the Trust, you'll work with agencies and various other stakeholders .You will be involved in recruitment processes for Bank staff.

The Temporary Staffing Bank operates over 7 days . This means we will need you to be flexible and available to work over a 7 day rota.

Main duties of the job

The post holders duties will include -

Data collection and reporting

Invoicing

Payroll queries

Cancellations and booking of Temporary Workers

Telephone queries

Reporting

Xcel spreadsheet information gathering
