Main duties of the job
The post holder will:

The post includes managing a group of patients within the speciality as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering individualised and personalised direct patient care.
As always, the candidate should aim to act as an advocate for patients within the ward, to ensure a patient orientated approach to the delivery of care is met according to standards within the NHS plan and other guidelines. They shouldensure that patients receive high quality clinical care and a good patient experience.
Communication is also topic high on our agenda in this ever increasing pressure of relatives not seeing their relatives in hospital; it is vital that the nurse can communicate effectively with relatives in a calm and reassuring manner.

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (MCHFT) provides good quality, safe and effective healthcare to the people of Cheshire and beyond.
