Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and forward-thinking IV at Home Team as a IV Nurse Specialist in the new expansion to East Cheshire
There are 2 full time posts available to support our IV Team who will cover the footprint of East Cheshire. The team offer an MDT approach and you will work closely with consultants, pharmacy and microbiologists.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for two highly skilled Nurses who possess experience of working with patients who are being treated with Intravenous antibiotics within the community or hospital setting. You will have a broad set of clinical skills and the ability to provide specialist knowledge and skills to the IV at Home Team. This role will require you to have the skills to manage a caseload within IV at Home Team and provide advance clinical leadership in providing safe and effective care.
You will report into the IV at Home Team Leader/ Clinical Lead who will support and guide you through regular 1-1 meetings. This role will also give you experience of working with the wider MDT and our partners within the wider Integrated Care System.
We are looking for caring, understanding, enthusiastic and flexible nurse who possesses advanced clinical skills, leadership and digital skills to deliver high quality patient care.
In return you will benefit from a structured and robust induction package and the development of competencies within a very supportive team. You will also have an allocated mentor to work alongside you during the induction and probation process.
