Health Care Assistant - Sunflower House (Tier 4 CAMHS Inpatient Unit)Hours: 1.7 WTE available (Full-time and Part-time hours considered)
Sunflower House is a specialist Tier 4 inpatient service providing assessment, treatment, and consultation for children and young people with complex mental health needs and their families. We are part of NHS England's network of specialist services, committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
We are looking for enthusiastic and caring Health Care Assistants to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team. You will play a vital role in supporting young people during their recovery journey, helping them build skills, confidence, and resilience in a therapeutic environment.

Main duties of the job
1. To work within defined daily structures; routines and care plans, to support and assist the unit multi- disciplinary team in the planning and delivery of patient care on an individual or group basis, informing the assessment and treatment process and promoting the therapeutic milieu of the service.
2. To support clinical and environmental risk assessment and the maintenance of a clean; tidy; safe and healthy environment.
3. To support and assist with the unit training; development and supervision process.
