Band 3
30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am - 2.30pm
To provide comprehensive clerical support to work alongside our Administration Co-Ordinator. The post holder will be expected to work with the minimum of supervision exercising independent judgment and using their own initiative. Confidentiality must be maintained at all times when dealing with patient/staff information. The post holder will be supervised by the Assistant Service Manager on a day-to-day basis.
The post holder will provide a confident and professional service to all patients and their parents/carers, whilst supporting them throughout their pathway of care.

- To provide general administrative support to the service
- Attending meetings as required taking and transcribing minutes within locally agreed timescales.
- To deal effectively with all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- To collate data for Key Performance Indicators for team.
- Monitoring and ordering of stock.
- Allocate referrals to correct community team.

- AMSPAR qualification or equivalent
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent knowledge/experience (or working towards)

- oExperience of an administrative role providing general provision of administrative duties in a challenging and constantly changing environment.
- oExperience of maintaining and setting up databases.
- oExperience in planning and organising meetings and taking minutes.
