Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join the Complex Medicine management team on a fixed term 12 month basis to cover the operational manager's maternity leave.
The Operational Manager is an integral part of the overall Divisional management structure and will support the Service Manager and the Assistant Service Manager role.
The Operational Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and clerical services within designated clinical service lines.
The Operational Managerwill work closely with the Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager (whereapplicable) to ensure leadership to the administration and clerical teams is in line with the strategic direction of the clinical service lines and supporting the management of day to day service issues.
Main duties of the job
The role is an essential and pivotal role, providing operational day to day management support across the division . The Operational Manager will be responsible for the management of day-to-day administration and clerical services within designated clinical service areas. The Operational Manager will work closely with the Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager (where applicable) to ensure leadership to the administration and clerical teams is in line with the strategic direction of the clinical services and supporting the management of day to day service issues.
