  1. To develop and manage staff through recruitment, appraisal, personal development reviews (PDR), competency frameworks for junior team members and continuous professional development (CPD) for all staff.
  2. To manage the Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Services to ensure that the clinical service provided is consistent with the clinical needs of children and young people and in line with funding streams for specific areas of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Services.
  3. To understand the Trusts and Divisions key priorities and translate these into priorities for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Services.
  4. To demonstrate clinical leadership within Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Services by demonstrating a high level of clinical practice and by providing clinical supervision as required.
