Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the DiA Team within the Digital Health Care structure. The post holder will be an integral part of the Business Intelligence Unit. The roles purpose will be to draw together and own the Cheshire & Merseyside ICB Population Health product roadmap to drive improvements in delivery timeliness, quality and velocity.

Main duties of the job

  1. Take on the ownership of the book of work across the Data into Action programme, the Population Health Business Intelligence team and wider ICB requesters and work with stakeholders to form a single view of the book of work. Use this to develop and agree a product roadmap;

  1. Develop and implement processes to manage the prioritisation of the book of work

  1. Develop and implement processes to assess new requests

  1. Plan and coordinate the delivery of the roadmap through close collaboration with stakeholders, third party development teams and the programme team. Establish deadlines and completion dates and hold the development team to account on those dates;

  1. Define product requirements in partnership with stakeholders and in alignment with the overall product roadmap;

  1. Communicate effectively and consistently with stakeholders, partners, business and technical teams and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.

  • Track record of delivering end to end change, ideally in a population health, business intelligence or transformation environment

Desirable

  • Batchelors degree or equivalent in a relevant subject

Knowledge

  • Great team player with emotional intelligence and respect for others, yet able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
