Job summary

We Have a great opportunity for successful candidates to join our amazing team of hygiene assistants as a bank worker (zero hour contract).

The post holder must have an excellent work ethic and ambishion to be the best to provide outstanding care and standards for our patients and there families.

Main duties of the job

Duties include cleaning areas to the national cleaning standards for all areas across the trust wards, departments, public areas, clinical areas and non clinical areas.

We strive to be the best and achieve the highest of cleaning standards to ensure a safe area for our patients

Clean all areas to the national standard of cleanliness using equipment provide to carry out hovering, buffing, scrubbing of, mopping, high and low level dusting

Take down and hang curtains on windows and bed cubicles and ensure curtains bagged correctly for laundering

  • Personal effort to undertake all aspects of a cleaning, using scrubbing machines, buffers, hovers, suction, steam equipment, move furniture and hang bed curtains with the wards using ladders
  • Basic IT Computer skills
