Main duties of the job
As a pivotal member of our high-performing Clinical Quality team, you will play a key role in supporting clinicians by undertaking National and local clinical audit and effectiveness projects.
Your primary responsibilities will include extracting clinical information from the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and other relevant data sources, using SQL, and ensuring impeccable data quality, and promptly delivering accurate mandatory national clinical audit returns to meet external minimum data standards.
Additionally, you will actively contribute to the local delivery of the Trust's clinical quality program, by providing analytical support to clinical staff carrying out quality improvement projects, service evaluations, and clinical audits.

- Data Accuracy and Validation Checks: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by continually developing validation checks. These checks are implemented before data undergoes internal analysis or is sent outside the organization, maintaining a high level of compliance with National minimum datasets and definitions.
- Timely and Accurate Data Submissions: Execute timely and accurate data submissions as mandated by the National Clinical Audit and Patient Outcomes Programme (NCAPOP).
