We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery to join our dynamic and forward-thinking Breast Unit. You will work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, providing senior clinical leadership, driving service development, and ensuring timely, patient-centred care.
In addition to excellent clinical and operative skills, you will demonstrate strong communication, teaching, and supervisory abilities, supporting the development of junior medical staff and contributing to ongoing service improvement, audit, and governance. Main duties of the job

Provide specialist oncoplastic breast surgery care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of benign and malignant breast conditions.

Deliver a full range of oncoplastic procedures, including therapeutic mammoplasty and reconstructive techniques.

Lead and participate in theatre lists, outpatient clinics, multidisciplinary meetings, and cancer pathway activity.
