An exiting opportunity has arisen, for a registered children's nurse, to work within our paediatric outpatients department.

Main duties of the job
we are a very busy children's outpatient's department, facilitating appointments for acute and community paediatric services across 2 sites in the Wirral area.
You will work with members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children and young people who attend the paediatric outpatient department.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of clinics and maintaining effective communication with patients and their families. Working alongside all members of the nursing team to ensure departmental standards are maintained.
Candidates should be able to communicate formally on first contact, dealing with everyone in a polite, friendly and welcoming manner. Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. ensuring all communications are open, honest and accurate. Value peoples time and protect it as much as possible whilst making the environment friendly and safe for all.
