Job summary
- Manage day to day operation and supply of catering services to Arrowe Park and Clatterbridge sites.
- Support Head / Deputy Head of Catering services in supply of food services to patients, staff and visitors of Wirral Hospital NHS Trust.
- To assist in the day to day management and the safe, efficient running of the catering department, services and people, in accordance with legal requirements, departmental and Trust policies & procedures.
- Plan and Motivate staff to continuously produce high quality patient and retail catering services.
