Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a part time Paediatric Clerical Team Leader to join Children's Outpatient Services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self motivated and enthusiastic person to take on a challenging role. You will be expected to be responsible for the day to day supervision of clerical staff within the department. Ensuring an efficient service is provided whilst optimising the use of resources.
You will be the deputy for the Clerical Manager in their absence.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
You should have a polite, friendly manner and be able to deal with sensitive and confidential information professionally. The ability to manage electronic referrals through the ERS system would be advantageous but not essential.
