Technical Services Manager - Network & InfrastructureBand 7*Permanent Full-Time 37.5 hours per week, Role has on-call support and on-site physical support requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a background in Network, Infrastructure and Voice with a passion for implementing and developing key infrastructure improvements to the trust.
,The successful post holder will have a key role in the delivery and support of Network Infrastructure across the Trust during a period of increased upgrade programmes throughout the trust at both Arrowe Park and Clatterbridge Hospitals.

Main duties of the job
As the Technical Services Manager you will have responsibility for network voice and data services and collaborate with partner organisations both clinical and administrative working across the Wirral.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a Network skillset and background. As the trust runs acute 24/7 services you will be expected to support and respond to reactive workloads.
As the trust is currently under going multiple upgrade programmes involving both estates and infrastructure, you will be the lead in project delivery and implementation support of key infrastructure in areas such A&E, Theatres, Dialysis and Radiology.
Digital Healthcare is currently reviewing Network, Storage and Voice replacements and upgrades, you will be part of a Network / Infrastructure team supporting this work.
Work is based in the Wirral at two primary sites, Arrowe Park Hospital and Clatterbridge Hospital. On-call and out of hours work maybe required, access to vehicle preferred due to sites based.

- Must have relevant technical degree or relevant experience in a network/infrastructure technical support role
- Network related qualification (such as Cisco CCNA, Cisco CCNP)
- Voice Network experience (such as SIP, Cisco Call Manager)
- Network routing experience (such as OSPF, BGP, RIP)
- Network and Telephony hardware experience (Switches, Firewalls, WIFI Controllers)
- Firewall experience (such as Cisco, Palo-Alto, Forcepoint)
- WIFi experience (Aruba, Cisco etc)
