Based in the Access to Information Section of Information Governance at Arrowe Park Hospital. You will be required to work as part of the supervisory team ensuring departmental targets and standards are met and a quality service is delivered.
Main duties of the job
You will have day to day supervisory responsibility for the Access to Information Team and work as part of the wider management team to ensure the efficient running of services across the Health Records Department and Information Governance.
You will need excellent customer care and communication skills. You will have experience of working within Information Governance and be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of relevant procedures and legislation.
You will need a strong interest in staff development and will be required to use a variety of training techniques to motivate staff and teach good practice.
