To support and assist the Head of Soft FM in the delivery of a high quality and cost effective operational service within the Catering Department at WUTHo To have budgetary responsibility for Catering Services at Arrowe Park Hospital and Clatterbridge Hospitalo Lead for service level agreements with external contractorso To lead on providing statutory compliance, contract management, legislation, and performance management within all key areas of controlo To provide professional leadership to Catering staff within areas of responsibility.
Main duties of the job
Lead on the analysis, development and implementation of delivery service models within Catering Departmento Lead on policy implementation, legislation and service developments within areas of control in line with the Trusts objectives/strategic plano Leadership and management of Section Managers and service co-ordinators within areas of responsibilityo Lead in the analysis of a range of complex data to support benchmarking and assurance reports taking into account legislation and policy requirementso Budgetary/financial lead for performance and cost effectiveness within Catering Departmento Lead on the progression and implementation of service model development and redesign to ensure optimum performance and cost effectiveness.o Support the Head of Soft FM to develop and implement Catering Department business plans/reports.o Create and maintain a strong working relationship with all key stakeholders
