Job summary
The Division of Community Services are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide comprehensive business and administrative support to the Care Group Management Team ensuring effective performance monitoring, service development and operational delivery. The successful candidate will have experience of preparing high-quality reports, dashboards and presentations along with the ability to extract and analyse data from a variety of sources. Main duties of the job
- To support the Care Group Management Team by inputting and extracting data from a number of sources in the development of dashboards, reports and governance updates
- To ensure the Care Group Management Team are fully prepared for meetings with supporting paperwork and data
- To manage the development and implementation of neighbourhood teams / community clinics including setting up appointment systems for patients / service users
- Support business development and project management relating to transformation and service redesign
- Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure robust escalation processes are in place to assist with the delivery/sustainability of performance targets/standards within areas of responsibility and ensure that teams are aware of their responsibilities in relation to adhering to such processes.
- Provide professional/developmental support to administrative staff across the Care Group
