Job summary
To support the Urgent Community Response service in the provision of care for housebound patients by assisting with clinical procedures and undertaking delegated duties unsupervised. This will involve direct care with clients (within their own homes, or care homes) who have been admitted to the care of the Community Urgent Care Response Service. The post holder will be supported and supervised by the senior clinician but will work regularly without supervision.
