You will possess good communication skills, work well as part of a team and have the ability to work in an extremely busy and challenging environment. We are committed to providing a high standard of care to our patients using a multidisciplinary approach. You will provide food /beverages & cleaning services to wards, kitchens and associated food service areas, cleaning premises and equipment, in patients, staff and visitor's areas. You may need to communicate with not only colleagues but also patients, suppliersand external contractors; support from Supervisor will be provided as necessary
Are you willing to clean within the hospital which could include; blood spillages, faecaes, toilets, in contact with infectious patients, removal of clinical waste etc.

Housekeepers are responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and the provision of food and beverages to patients. A flexible approach is required as you will be required to work in all areas of the Trust working various shifts which may include Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings or Nights. You will have excellent communication skills, be a team player and able to use your own initiative.
