This is an exiting opportunity to undertake a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship based in the resourcing department of an acute NHS trust. The team facilitate the recruitment needs of the organisation.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual who would work well within this dynamic team, who can communicate well with internal and external candidates, support the administration needs of the team, and offer support to organisational managers.
The successful candidate will demonstrate efficient administration and customer service skills. Previous experience with Microsoft systems, databases and dealing with customers would be an advantage.

Undertake administrative duties under the direction of the resourcing team leaders
Communicate effectively with internal and external candidates/managers
Deal with queries both electronically and via the telephone
