Job summary
- To provide a smooth running clerical and administrative service to the Trust, this includes booking appointments, answering telephone calls and greeting patients on Reception desks
- To ensure that all data entries are made in a timely manner and by doing so, contribute to the achievement of the Trust's targets, whether mandatory or local.
- To assist and support the team to ensure the delivery of a high quality service. This will require the use of good clerical, communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role you will
- Have the primary function of either a Receptionist, Call Centre Agent or Appointments Clerk. You will have input into the decision of which primary function suites you best
- You will have the opportunity to learn all of function and team skills
- Full training will be provided and no experience in a hospital setting is required
To excel you will have
- Recent experience in an office environment in a clerical/admin capacity
- Customer service experience
- Good communication skills with an empathetic approach

The office is open Monday to Friday and we welcome applications for both full and part-time hours, minimum 27 hours per week over 3 days.
