Job summary

Who are you?

Are you an expert is turning an aspiration into a plan and then nurturing that plan through to completion? If you are a tenacious and resilient project manager with a positive and "can-do" approach then our CANDo programme might be exactly the right place for you.

We need an extra project manager for 18 months who is able to deliver all the core project management skills- and on top of that enthuse, persuade and inspire collaboration.

Who are we?

The CANDo Programme works for the two acute Trusts in Dorset (Dorset County Hospital and University Hospitals Dorset). How we work.

We work flexibly across two NHS Trusts, and ten specialties with a mix of home and office based working. The current team is a mixture of a small number of dedicated staff and a larger number of staff contributing a proportion of their time. We provide a blend of PMO and business change support.

The Process

If you would like to find out more and have an informal discussion please contact Sally Banister, CANDo Programme Director via sally.banister@dchft.nhs.uk
