We are looking for a motivated Allied Health Professional to join our AHP Education & Workforce Team, leading initiatives that support AHP staff and students across the Trust, with a particular focus on workforce development.

In this strategic, hands-on role you will design, deliver and evaluate education and workforce programmes aligned to Trust priorities. • Provide advice on education, training and workforce planning.
  • Build strong partnerships across the AHP workforce and beyond.
  • Use data and feedback to drive improvement.

We're looking for a registered AHP who is confident influencing, project managing and working across services, and who shares our commitment to learning and development. You will be based across the Trust sites as needed - including at Kingston Hospital and Teddington sites.

We offer a supportive, collaborative environment where innovation is encouraged.

If you're excited about shaping the future AHP workforce, we'd love to hear from you.
