An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who is passionate about digital systems and energised and motivated delivering to a high standard with the South London Children and Young Peoples Immunisation Service (CYPCIS).
You will work as part of a team maintaining the health roster on a daily basis.
This is a fixed term role which will also focus on providing administrative support for the service including vaccine data reporting.
The post holder will act as administrative support for the South London Children and Young People's Community Immunisation Service, responsible for the management, coordination and administration of e consent training and a first point of call within the service.

To maintain the health roster on a daily basis
To be proficient with regards to immunisation administration and e consent and to ensure effective processes in place. Ensuring all members of the team are aware of all relevant processes. To work with the e roster system & ensure this is maintained.
Acts as a point of contact for the Immunisation teams across South London. Liaise with clinical and administrative staff at all levels of the organisation regarding confidential matters.
To support the Immunisation Lead line, manage the administration team within the Immunisation team and to delegate responsibilities/work to ensure all commissioned targets are met.
To support the call centre function and support line management responsibilities.
To ensure that a robust system is in place for inputting all immunisation data and to ensure all weekly and monthly data submissions are delivered within time frames set by NHSE.
To help develop and update all standard operating procedures and ensure they are agreed within the team and disseminated, all standard operating procedures should be standardised across south London for all admin tasks.
Respond to telephone enquiries often of a confidential nature for the Immunisation team.
