We are seeking a Newborn Hearing Screening site lead to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the best possible start for newborns and their families.As a site lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the newborn hearing screening programme in our South West London sites and The Portland Hospital. You will provide leadership and support to a team of screeners, ensuring high quality service delivery,compliance with national screening protocols, and excellent family-centred care.
The post holder will assist the SWL NHSP Programme Lead with clinical and operational service delivery of the Newborn Hearing Screening Programme in South West London and The Portland Hospital.

Main duties of the job
Lead and support teams of newborn hearing screeners and senior screeners.
Ensure screens are conduced efficiently and accurately.
Provide training , mentoring, and quality assurance.Maintain accurate records and data management
Promote awareness of the newborn hearing screening programme.
We are looking for a motivated individual with:
Previous experience in newborn hearing screening or a related healthcare role.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
