Main duties of the job
As the Deputy Chief People Officer, you will be a pivotal member of the Chief People Officer's senior leadership team and a key strategic leader across the organisations, working closely with the Chief People Officer to develop and implement the Trusts' People Strategy. You will also lead and manage key workforce functions to enable to delivery of the Trusts' performance goals and improvement priorities.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a senior HR or people management role, preferably within the NHS or a similar public sector environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
Expertise in developing and implementing people strategies that drive organisational success.
A deep commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
A strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex change and transformation initiatives.
A role model for our values, actively demonstrating the behaviours we want to see and embedding them across all our teams.
