Main duties of the job

As a Resourcing Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of healthcare recruitment, overseeing a talented group of Recruitment Advisors and Senior Advisors. Your primary focus being to understand workloads, capacity and demand across our teams, in order to ensure fair distribution of work and thus achievement of our KPIs.

A pragmatic problem solver, you enjoy unblocking hold-ups and removing obstacles that stand in the way of service delivery, and you understand the value of data and metrics in successfully running a busy recruitment function.

When it comes to leadership, you are an exemplar for the team in demonstrating the behaviours we need from our people; proactivity, efficiency and excellence are some of your strongest values and you're always looking for ways to continuously improve the service we offer.

With solid 360 recruitment experience, you'll be on hand to advise, guide and support and work with senior stakeholders, navigate employment law, and championing the highest standards and best practice in recruitment processes.

Your Experience Matters:

NHS Background: Proven experience in the NHS is essential
Innovative Thinker: Experience in driving projects, true resource management to maximise resources and achieve the best results and continuous improvements in recruitment.
Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Tech Enthusiast: A high level of IT literacy, coupled with experience in HR systems.
