Are you a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking Nurse or AHP Consultant? We have an exciting opportunity within the Medical Division at Kingston Hospital that you won't want to miss!
As a Nurse/AHP Consultant, you will play a crucial role in establishing and leading a team of trainee and qualified ACPs. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional quality care to patients across our Acute Assessment Unit (AAU) and the seven medical and Care of the Elderly wards. We are looking for a candidate who can bring leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care to our team.
Main duties of the job
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and establish effective partnerships both internally and externally to drive service development.
- Communicate effectively in demanding and challenging situations, serving as a team player.
- Work collaboratively with the ward teams, providing expert guidance and hands-on clinical practice.
- To work as an expert, independent and highly visible autonomous clinical practitioner through hands on clinical practice, facilitation, and clinical consultation for a defined case load on a ward.
