Cambridge ward-Full Time Band 7 Senior Sister / Charge Nurse

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trauma and orthopaedic nurse to lead a 36 bedded Trauma ward.We have an amazing and dynamic team who are supported by a Matron, Trauma Co-ordinator and multidisciplinary Team.

Main duties of the job

Provide the ward with 24 hour nursing and operational management, whilst ensuring a high quality service, with a cost effective use of resources. The post holder will be responsible for the pro-active management of patients as part of the multi-professional team within their area of clinical responsibility. The post holder has 24 hour responsibility for the continuous care and management of the ward.
