About Us: At the SWL Recruitment Hub, we're not your typical recruitment team. We're a dynamic and collaborative initiative within the NHS, working to source and attract the best healthcare talent to meet the evolving needs of the industry. We're responsible for managing recruitment across 5 independent sovereign Trusts, successfully filling around 500 vacancies each month.
