Main duties of the job

About Us: At the SWL Recruitment Hub, we're not your typical recruitment team. We're a dynamic and collaborative initiative within the NHS, working to source and attract the best healthcare talent to meet the evolving needs of the industry. We're responsible for managing recruitment across 5 independent sovereign Trusts, successfully filling around 500 vacancies each month.   • oCreating and implementing successful bespoke attraction campaigns for hard to fill roles within healthcare, such as; ODPs and community Nurses
  • oCreating and implementing successful bespoke attraction campaigns for C-suite and senior appointments within healthcare, such as; CPO, CFO, COO and Director level roles across corporate functions
