Sexual Health Administrator - Band 4
The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management and co-ordination of the Wolverton Centre Sexual Health Service.
Providing administrative and secretarial support, with particular responsibility for ensuring that complete and accurate patient activity data is collected and entered on to the Wolverton Database System in a timely manner.
The post holder will work as part of a small team across the Trust and will ensure the relevant national and local policies are adhered to and targets are met. The post involves dealing with patient information and therefore confidentiality is of the utmost importance.
You will ensure provision of a high-quality service for patients and clinical staff by being an approachable, patient focused and a knowledgeable point of contact. You will make sure administration work is of a consistently high standard across the Trust using Standard Operating Procedures to ensure functions of the role are carried out correctly within given timescales.

Main duties of the job
An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and IT skills are essential. A working knowledge of Inform is desirable. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a busy and fast-paced environment.
