An exciting opportunity has become available within children's services, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in the London Borough Havering. We are seeking a full time enthusiastic administrator to work within our Primary Mental Health Team.
Main duties of the job
The role will provide effective customer service and administrative support to the team. This will involve dealing with general queries from colleagues/members of the public, either face to face, over the phone and overseeing administrative systems and processes.
The post holder will provide general co-ordination of the department to ensure the smooth running of the provision. This includes maintaining confidentiality, supporting colleagues and managing the work of others.
The post holder will consistently deliver a "client-focused" service which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.

Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focussing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.
High Cost Area Supplement - Outer London
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £4,551 to a maximum of £5,735 p.a. pro rata for part time).
