We are looking for a Band 3 Administrator to join RAFT in Essex. Working Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.00 with expectation to cover occasional bank holidays. The team cover a wide area of Essex including Thurrock, Brentwood, Basildon, Billericay, Wickford, and is a great place to live and work - a thriving community with an abundance of amenities and good transport links. Main duties of the job

Administrators are core to the efficient service delivery that we provide to our patients.

As the team administrator within RAFT, you will be a key member of the team ensuring best delivery of care to service users in the community.

  • Covering administration telephone line for the service
  • Ensure that complex calls from anxious and distressed clients are dealt with effectively and escalated appropriately.
  • Efficient in the use of Healthroster, SystmOne and Microsoft Office.
  • Have a pivotal role in the day to day running of the service and provide support to the Operational and Clinical Lead.

Starting with NELFT

NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focussing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.

High Cost Area Supplement - Fringe

This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £1,192 to a maximum of £2,011 p.a. pro rata for part time).
