Job summary
Come and join our friendly Kent and Medway CAMHS Single Point of Access Team. We are a team of Clinicians and Adminstrators who are committed to supporting families and children and young people to get access to support for their emotional and mental health
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to further develop their administrative skills . The post holder will support the Operational Manager of the SPA as well as oversee the core administrative tasks in the service to ensure that priorities are met.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is willing to learn, has good IT skills, good diary management and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This candidate should be open-minded, flexible and responsive to the changes in the service needed to meet the needs of the children and young people we serve.

The post covers the geographical area of Kent and Medway but the post holder will be largely based in Maidstone Studios in Maidstone and be able to work agile and flexibly in line with service need.

Probationary Period

Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.
